ABANDONED BIKES FOR SALE

The Village of Saltaire has declared a number of bicycles in its possession as abandoned and will conduct an auction sale of these bicycles on May 24, 2009. Pictures of these bicycles are shown below. If you believe that you may be the proper owner of one of these bicycles and can verify it, please contact Security Chief Dennis Foley at (631) 583-5572. All bicycles not properly claimed before May 24, 2009 will be sold on that date.

TERMS OF SALE

Type of Sale: Auction (Silent or Verbal)
Sale Date: May 24, 2009.
Sale Times: 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM
Sale Location: Security Office at 14 Bay Promenade.
All bicycles will be sold without any expressed or implied warranties, and sold as is, where is.
All sales are final.
The exact auction methodology and process will be posted and available on the day of the auction at 14 Bay Promenade.
Winners must make payment by 5:00 PM, May 25, 2009.
