Once again, the Village is
underwriting the purchase of Adult 40-trip ferry ticket books for sale to Saltaire
residents. Our contract with the Fire Island Ferries allows for the Village’s
purchase of discount 40-trip adult books for resale to Saltaire homeowners at a
price of $240.00 per book. Click here to download the

TO ORDER
The maximum allotment of
books in this initial offer is 3 per household. Please fill out and mail the attached form to the address listed on
the form, with your check made out to the Village of Saltaire. (See form
for details.) If our inventory is sufficient after July 15, each household will
have the opportunity to purchase one additional book at the discount price.
Contact the Village office at that time to check on availability.
DISTRIBUTION OF TICKET BOOKS
All ticket books will be HELD FOR PICK-UP this year. The Village office
will be open for SATURDAY PICK-UP of ticket books according to the schedule
listed below. Of course, pick-ups may be made at the office
during normal WEEKDAY office hours (Mon - Fri. 9:00 am - 4:00 pm) beginning
April 5, or during posted Saturday office hours during the summer season.

SOLD BY THE VILLAGE
We are unable to offer
discounted children’s books. These must be purchased at the Fire Island Ferries
terminal in Bay Shore, or on the boats.
SAVINGS
The price for the same book
if purchased directly from Fire Island Ferries is $264 per book. If individual
tickets are purchased on the boat, 40 trips would cost $360.
